The original CurveMaster Studios   Canada, by Christine Cheng-Rose and her husband Peter Rose who designed the attractive Gym Studio.

 this central location is now the Official Training Centre for our new Licensees, as we commence our planned expansion to open 100 locations across BC and Canada !

Christine runs the day to day gym operation and shall personally coach /train and support every licensee! Christine is a true believer in the program, she was drawn to the business when after only six months of using a similar program to our own (and using poorer quality equipment!) she completely eliminated her early signs of osteoporosis! Christine's and the company's goal is to ensure that all women from as young as in their early 20’s start planning to live long and healthy lives! Christine strongly believes that dieting only works in the short term but proper eating habits and regular exercise is a must for all women.

The CurveMaster program calls for a  mimimum of only 3 X 15 Minutes Workouts a week (every week!) and provides "maximum results for minimum time spent in the gym!".. ....Exactly what our busy lifestyles demand!

The American Medical Association has recognized the importance of strength training, permanent weight control and cardiovascular exercise. CurveMaster Studios™  Vibration Exercise Program was designed by women with women in mind, individuals with busy lifestyles! you don't have to live at the gym to stay fit.....only three workouts a week of 30 minutes duration is required!
